Galaxy Fit e on tehty kaikille maratonjuoksijasta arkiliikkujaan. Aktiviteettiranneke on kevyt, sopii yhteen lähes kaiken kanssa ja sitä voi käyttää jatkuvasti. Galaxy Fit e alkaa mitata aktiivisuutta, kun kävelet, juokset, pyöräilet, soudat tai aloitat treenin crosstrainerilla. Lisäksi käyttäjä voi valita yli 90 mitattavaa aktiviteettia puhelimen Samsung Health -sovelluksesta, joka käynnistää Galaxy Fit e:n automaattisesti.
Kun synkronoit Galaxy Fitin älypuhelimen kanssa, saat muistutuksia ja tiedotteita, joiden avulla pysyt aina ajan tasalla. Voit nähdä myös hälytykset, kalenterin tai sään koskematta puhelimeen. Aktiivisuusranneke on vedenpitävä luokassa 5 ATM, joten sen voi ottaa mukaan suihkuun tai uima-altaalle. Se osaa mitata myös unta. Näin käyttäjä saa paremman yleiskuvan päivittäisestä hyvinvoinnistaan.
