All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.

Laadukas kortinlukija digiboksiin tai televisioon. Kortinlukijan avulla voit katsoa maksukorttien lähetyksiä palveluntarjoajasta riippumatta, esimerkiksi digiboksin tai digitelevision kautta. Palveluntarjoajan ohjelmakortti asetetaan kortinlukijaan ja kortinlukija television sille varattuun CI-moduulipaikkaan. Uutuustuotteena on tullut markkinoille CI+ -kortinlukija, joka soveltuu käytettäväksi kaikissa CI+ -yhteensopivissa digisovittimissa ja televisioissa. CI+ -yhteensopivat kodinelektroniikan tuotteet tunnistaa pakkaukseen merkitystä CI+ -logosta.
CI+ -kortinlukija täytyy aina linkittää, vaikka sillä katsottaisi vanhempia SD-maksukanavia. Tästä syystä vanhempi ohjelmakortti voidaan joutua vaihtamaan uuteen, vaikka ei HD-palveluita tilattaisikaan. Teräväpiirtolähetyksiä voidaan seurata jo useissa Suomen kaapeliverkoissa. Toimii myös T2-verkossa.
